White wines


		Tuscan white wines even though not with a long tradition, thanks to their qualities, are increasing even more their popularity.

Vinsanto, Grappa and other spirits


		Even though Tuscany is not a land of ancient tradition for spirits and distillates, the presence of excellent vines together with the traditional professionality and operators creativity gave birth to interesting products such as Grappa and the traditional Vinsanto (spirit), or some more peculiare spirits such as Ponce livernese style.

		Jams, marmalades, gelatines, .... all obtained with fruits and vegetables, following the season, accurately chosen, cleaned, and sectioned, all by hand. These products are perfectly studied for a combination with cheeses, salads, cold cuts and also with more elaborated dishes.

		The word "chocolate” comes from the Aztecs of Mexico, and is derived from the Nahuatl word xocolatl (IPA /ʃo'kola:tɬ/), which is a combination of the words, xocolli, meaning "bitter", and atl, which is "water". The Aztecs associated chocolate with Xochiquetzal, the goddess of fertility. Chocolate is also associated with the Mayan god of fertility
