Produzione artigianale specialità al Tartufo
From one generation to the other our Company has been searching and trading in all varieties of truffles, wich spontaneosly grow in the trufflerich territory of Tuscany. Here still today, following the knowledge of ancien secret hand on from fathers to sons, dogs are trained with patience and love to find truffles.
The Company's experience, acquired over many years, its zeal and reliability, allowed them to offer the finest fresh and conserved truffles, in order to satisfy even the most exigent palates throughout all the season.

Collection, selection and trade of fresh truffles take place during all the year and represent the more important jobs of the company.
The rare White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico), the Spring one (Tuber Albidum Pico) and the Black one (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) just collected are sold or transformed in delicious gastronomic specialities.
In fact, a part of the truffles is used in order to prepare gastronomic specialties that permit to taste Truffle during all the year.
 
 

The excellent truffled gastronomic specialities deriving from a perfect balance between nature, the hand of man and artisan techniques which are still accurately used today, to assure the high quality and taste.
The result is a wide and qualified range of gastronomic specialities:
- Whole Truffles (White, Spring White and Black) in water and salt;
