The Truffled Cheese Cream is a tipically Tuscany's sauce with truffle made with “Italico” Cheese, Buttermilk curd, “Casciotta” Cheese, Pecorino Cheese and first quality truffles .
Perfect and ready to use to prepare every kinds of pasta and rice , to make Fondue, bread and sandwich & over eggs and omelettes. Taste very good also with meal of meat or fish.
