The Black Truffle Cream is one of our best product and it's made only with Black truffle ( pure like we found it ) conserved in tube. “ONLY TRUFFLES, WITHOUT AROMA , NEITHER COLOURING, NOR PRESERVATIVES.”
Is used in little quantity, like the fresh Truffle. Is taste very good, blended at the end of preparation meal, with all kinds of pasta and rice (mixed with butter, cream or olive oil), over eggs and omelettes, and with fish or meat.
