The production of this precious distillate is made from the dregs of pressed Sangiovese grapes, still fresh and wine dripping.
Grapes were subjected to careful distillation with low degree colums and discontinous method.
This method guarantees the respect of the aroma and the taste peculiar of this variety of grapes.
Colour: limpid and transparent;
Bouquet: characteristic fruty signs with palatable hints of vegetation.
Taste: at tasting this Grappa fully confirms the olfactory perceptions, with excellent persistance.
