Solestre is an extra-virgin pure olive oil. It is produced by pressing olives belonging to the sorts of leccino, frantoio e pendolino, which are cultivated with natural methods: he fight against Dacus (the olives mosquito) goes on using lime and copper stone melted in water. Both lime and copper are natural elements which can be easily found on the grounds. The olives pressing as soon as they are picked guarantees a product full of natural antioxidants. Solestre has a spicy and nicely bitter taste.
