First-class extra-virgin pure olive oil, from biological agriculture (AIAB guarantee), cold pressed. It is achieved through the pressing olives cultivated in a natural way: the fight against Dacus (the olives mosquito) goes on using lime and copper stone melted in water. Both lime and copper are natural elements which can be easily found on the grounds. The olives cold-pressing as soon as they are picked guarantees a product full of natural antioxidants. Fruity and slightly spicy taste.
