This good extra-virgin olive oil is produced in the full respect of our tradition. The cold pressing system allows to maintain in the product all the nutritional qualities of the olives. Only following this workmanship we can have this pure extra-virgin olive oil.
Good to season raw or warm dishes, giving them its definite fragrance, we recommend you to taste it on the traditional Tuscan "bruschetta", a toasted slice of bread.
